40th Anniversary Balscadden NS
On the week of 23rd February we will be celebrating the 40th anniversary of the official opening of the school building (1986-2026).
On Wednesday, 25th February there will be an Art Exhibition of the children’s work from 7pm-9pm in the school along with tea/coffee and cakes from the Parents’ Association. All parents are welcome to attend. We also extend an invitation to past parents and past pupils on that evening.
On Thursday, 26th February there will be an ‘Open House’ here at the school from 11am-2pm and a Display of Old Photographs from over the years. We invite community members, parents, past parents, past pupils, and past staff to drop in for a chat. We will be serving soup and sandwiches for all in attendance.
We look forward to a great week of celebrations for the children and the whole school community with lots of extra activities planned. We would love to see you and catch up at some stage over the week.
