However, it remains the responsibility of the applicants to ensure that an application form is received and a fully completed application is sent in to the school by the date stipulated by the Board of Management in the year of their child’s intended admission.

I understand that this form is not an application form but instead a request for an application form for the year of my child’s intended admission subject to the Admissions Policy of the school of that year.
